How is this different from Polarsteps or a regular travel map?
Travel apps focus on one trip at a time. VitaeMap lets you map a whole lifetime of adventures on a single map (but you can also create a lot of maps), with a timeline, indicators (intensity, satisfaction), 12+ visualization modes and real storytelling — not just a track. You will be able to make some transverse journey very easily and without having to copy paste some steps.
Can I start without creating an account?
Yes. The Quick Map Builder lets you create a travel map without signing up. You can save it later by creating a free account. Once connected in your free account, you will be able to complete your map and reprensent it in more than 12 different ways !
How are travel photos handled?
Every stop accepts images. Several visualization modes (Patchwork, Gallery, Polaroid, Carousel) showcase your photos alongside rich descriptions.
Can I share my journal?
Yes: there are many ways to share your journal ! Some are available for everyone, some others are dedicated to premium users. The idea is that you can share in various way to totally master who can access your maps.
