• Vitaemap: An interactive life map grouping chronological events from a user
• Event: A component of a Vitaemap representing a moment, experience, or life milestone
• User: Any person accessing and using the VitaeMap platform
• Account: Personal space allowing creation and management of Vitaemaps

3. Acceptance of Terms

Using VitaeMap implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the service.

4. Registration and User Account

To access Vitaemap creation features, you must create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials.

5. Use of Service

5.1 Creating Vitaemaps

Users can create Vitaemaps by adding events with dates, descriptions, locations, and media. Each event must comply with these Terms.

5.2 Content Visibility

Vitaemaps can be configured as private, shared, or public. Public Vitaemaps are accessible to all platform visitors.

5.3 Prohibited Content

It is strictly forbidden to publish content that is:

• Illegal, defamatory, violent, or hateful
• Infringing on others' privacy
• Violating intellectual property rights
• Containing personal data of third parties without consent
• Of an unauthorized advertising or commercial nature

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you create (events, descriptions, images). By publishing public Vitaemaps, you grant VitaeMap a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and distribute this content within the scope of the service.

The VitaeMap platform, its code, design, and elements are protected by copyright.

7. Responsibilities

VitaeMap strives to ensure the availability and security of the service but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. VitaeMap cannot be held responsible for content published by users.

You are solely responsible for the content you publish and its compliance with applicable laws.
